• We took the nervous system notes

Tuesday in honors

Today in biology we:

• Took the human tissues notes
• We were given the body packets- you all have one specific set of work ready for you with your name on it, so come see me for yours
• Were given two human tissues coloring pages to complete by wednesday
• Had a little bit of work time :)

Day 1 in honors

Today we started our presentations on the animal phyla. These will resume on Wednesday. Tuesday we will be dissecting earthworms, so please complete the earthworm prep work before class on Wed.

We also signed up for learning modules for human body systems. See Miss H! :)

• Assigned the Animal Phylum PowerPoint assignment- your groups are assigned, so see me if you were absent to get your partner!

• Metabolic pathways coloring (part of it as a class)- NOT online see Ms. H for details. Due Next Wednesday.
• Last bit of the period to work on the book project (Due Monday May 19th)

Today in class we:

• Read 9-1 and 9-2 by Friday please
• Took notes on cellular respiration
• Did the "chemistry assignment"-finish up at home
• Introduced the book project
• Reminder: You NEED TO BRING your colored pencils or pens for Wednesday. Almost the whole period will be diagramming.

Monday

Monday in class we took the Plants and photosynthesis test. Also, if you did your test review, be sure you come see me for an extra credit stamp on your assignment log!

Friday in Honors

• Waterweed simulation lab in LRC
• Introduced photosynthesis/respiration book project
